This is the seventh and last workout in my 7-Day Seniors Workout Challenge. 10 minutes a day for 7 days to keep active, boost our energy and improve our mood.

Touch toes reach the sky
Squat pulse
Knee drive (right)
Knee drive (left)
Side step stars
High knees
Squat with arm circles
Lateral leg raises
Reverse fly to high row

Feel so fantastic.I have lost 3/4 of a stone and more importantly feel energised and super fit. I work in a secondary school I am fitter than some of the students.

I’m 25 (so not exactly a senior), but I had an appendectomy in August and this challenge has been a great way to gently reintroduce exercise into my routine after my op ☺️ Thank you!
