How to get toned and defined abs workout routine!!

This is a real ass workout routine lol. You can do this twice if you want but im prettyyyyy sure once is eniugh lmao

For every exercise you wanna do 10 reps but for the alternating leg ones you do 20. The lest v holds you hold for 10 seconds.
