▶Calories: 100 ~ 300 calories in 10 min workouts (Depends on your weight, height, gender, and muscle mass, the activity level, body fat percentage, etc.….

▶How long do 11 abs take?
Your timeline to a 11 line or six-pack depends on the body fat percentage you're starting with. A good rule of thumb (and a safe one) is to aim to lose 1 to 2 percent of body fat per month. So, unveiling your abs can take anywhere from 1 months to 2 years.

▶▷For teenagers It's important for teens to lose weight the healthy way by making diet and lifestyle changes that nourish growing bodies and can be followed long term.
1)firstly think of a healthy eating plan, not diet; Fruits and vegetables every day. .. ( healthy eating doesn't mean going hungry)
2)Do home workout 30 to 60 minutes a day three or four days a week—that's a start, including, aerobic activity are running, swimming, and dancing(not too much)
3) Get enough sleep
4)Protein to build muscles and organs
5)Love yourself

Unnie, I want to thank you so much. I've been following your workout playlists for almost 4 weeks and I lost 3 kgs already!! From 70 kilos I'm down to 67.70 kilos. I'm so happy, I hope in 1 month I can atleast lost 4-5kg more. I would follow your workout routine for the rest of my life 😂 Until I achieved my goal which is 48-45 kg. Only 4 days and already seeing results...
i can see my abs defined...lol my mom was shocked...I definitely recomment this workout...(i didnt went on any diet just avoided junk food)

Im a female and i will be doing this once a month before school. I just want to get that highschool glowup, since i got inspired by my male cousin who used to be chubby and now is so dang tall and toned.

Goal: to get a smaller waist and to get slightly defined abs

Starting waist: 28 inches


✅DAY 1(July 1): my core hurts😭
✅DAY 2(July 2): feeling stronger, core hurts
✅DAY 3(July 3): core hurts again, had to take breaks in between. ‼Recommend to do this on an empty stomach, unless you want to feel like puking every 1-5 minutes‼
❌DAY 4(July 4): didnt feel like doing it, becuase i felt exhausted the whole day

Thank u again! I went from 55kg ( 122lb ) - 49kg ( 109 lb ) thank u! I lost a lot of weight/ fat im so proud I feel better physically and mentally thank u! ( I did diet but it wasn’t that big I just ate more protein, fruits, and vegetables. it’s kind of hard to diet with a asian family 😅 )

For anyone looking for a body transformation try her 11 line abs challenge!! I´m on day 5 and already went down 2 inches in my waist and also 1 kg in weight, I have tried so many workout (none have given me my ideal body, even tried the le sserafim for two weeks) and can honestly say even though I feel like I´m doing nothing with these workouts the results are amazing and I haven´t changed my diet at all. Thank you so much for these workouts!!

Start
weight- 43kg (not focusing on a goal)
waist- 24in (goal: 20in)

Day 1-✅ it was pretty easy
Day 2-✅ still easy, no changes
Day 3-✅ easy, didn’t notice any changes
Day 4-✅. notice slight differences
Day 5-
Am I the only one that cant keep legs hovering above ground and straight?
