I got many messages of you about how to get sexy ab lines without getting bulky - here is the secret.♥︎ This workout targets the side abs (obliques) which are responsible for that 11 line abs look. Of course we train our rectus muscles as well, but in this workout this is limited so that they don't get bulky at all. Super sexy, lean & ripped. Perfect, isn't it? :)

▪️ Intensity: Intense

▪️ Recommendations:
• Make sure to press your lower back flat onto the mat. No gaps please. Hold this position also during leg lifts and lower your legs only as far as possible, even if there is only a minimum of motion. ALWAYS keep the tension and press your lower back onto the mat and engage your core!
• If your neck hurts while performing the exercises, you can lay your head on the mat and go on.
• Repeating the workout 2-3x per week works perfectly.
• For more burn, combine it with my other ab workouts.

Bir süre önce spora ara vermiştim, ders yoğunluğu vs derken uzun süre geri dönemedim. Şimdi o uzun sürenin ardından yine senin videolarınla spor yapıyorum. Sporun verdiği o enerjikliği spor yapmanın mutluluğunu unutmuşum yeniden hissetmek çok güzel geldi. Hi guys I've been doing this workout for more than a week and have Seen alot of changes in my belly.

And I have an information to say to u guys that if we do this workout without any breaks you will definitely see the burn.

So I recommend this workout doing every day for more results. And guys this is a really great workout 💪🏼

Day 9:✅ hubiera ido ya por el día 16 ya que solo lo hago 2 veces a la semana pero entonces un día me maree mucho de mi rutina entonces respiré y en esta semana es que he podido hacerlo de normalidad 2 veces por semana.

Day 11:✅ desde hace días veo algo de las líneas abdominales pero ahora se notarán más ya que disminuí mi consumo de azúcar, yo como 5 veces Piña con miel a la semana y tomo en el desayuno 600ml de jugo ma so menos entonces ahora solo consumo eso como azúcar en un día y ya.
