Your “simple” solutions (such as this one)to staying healthy - mind, body and spirit have changed my life in the last few years! Truth! I took out all light in my bedroom, take magnesium every night, try and get sunlight in the morning, increased my water intake, decreased alcohol, try to eat more blueberries, use breathing techniques to calm my nerves …. and I am very sure there are a few more. I say “simple” but I know you work hard on all the research and simplify it all for us! You are Awesome! Thank You! 🙏 ❤

Its on purpose. Coz water hits differently if you drink 2 times 1 liter vs drinking a small cup a few times a day. If you drink too much at once - you will just pee it out in 30 min and be dehydrated for the rest of the day. Generally you need a bit more in the morning to flush the system, and after that you need to drink water when your body does stuff like digestion or exercise.

The amount you need depends on a number of factors including how active you are and your size. At 5’0 and 120 lbs, working in an office, I need a lot less water than my 6’2” 180 lbs son who works construction.

So many factors to put in here. Every single body is different.

Well, I was taught in my Holistic Schooling/Bodywork training...that for every LB of body weight...we should consume half of body weight into ounces...
I have known this for over 23 yrs...

A better answer would’ve been… “It depends.” There are so many variables not mentioned

Thanks for all the self improvement Hamza ❤, I’m a 16 year old boy from India living in US, I have been on no fap for more than 6 months and have also stated working out since then, now the only thing that is keeping me from reaching my full potential is SOCIAL MEDIA (Instagram and YouTube) ADDICTION. So it will be really helpful for guys like me if you make a video on this topic.

And if the goal is good hydration then make sure you add salt!! I put a minimum of 1/4 tsp of Himalayan Salt or Celtic Sea Salt per 32 ounces. If I’m doing a massive cardio workout I’ll go for 1 tsp of salt (avoid table salt) in 32 ounces (1000ml) and I’ll drink all of that within 60 mins starting roughly 90mins before workout

Most vital elements for human life
1) Air
2) Water
3) Sodium (Salt)
4) Potassium etc…

If you care about your health start adding salt to your water (sprinkling on food doesn’t count, that’s extra)

If you are like me and enjoy bullet keto coffee. Try some salt. I worked up to 1/4 tsp per 16ounces (Yeti) and it is the most delicious thing in my life after cutting out bad foods. I hate coffee and water that doesn’t have salt in it now

Do you notice that the more you pay attention to this stuff, the more you get stressed out about your health? Just live your life. Being healthy isn’t hard. Workout every once and while, eat some good food every once and while. Don’t over complicate it.

Well, my pee is crystal clear, but I’m just making myself lose electrolytes that way from drinking too much water😂

that has to be one of the most awkward metric conversions I've ever heard...

I have a one gallon water bottle that I drink every day. I work out a lot, and I am petite but having a full gallon bottle of purified water lets me know how much I need to drink to keep my body hydrated from all the workouts I do. I also don’t drink as much coffee, or drink any sweet flavored drinks either. The gallon bottle has helped me to get the hydration I need. My skin also isn’t dehydrated either now that I drink primarily water 💦

Andrew said "fluids" not water. Water alone does NOT hydrate cells.
