Anxiety makes you feel uncertain of alot of things. Overwhelmed. That's a struggle when you try and fix something and you dont even know where to start. And that makes it all more confusion. Its the worst..

Thanks for the video Julia, for me the hardest part about anxiety and depression is realizing when my emotions are getting out of control and reigning in the negative thinking. A lot of what you said is good stuff to remember when your emotions get out of control.
