Squash is NOT a root vegetable. Root "vegetables" are just that, they are roots ie. carrots, radishes, onions, garlic, parsnips, sweet potatoes and yams are root vegetables. Squash comes from a flower on a plant above ground, it is a fruit, not a root.

For seeds: I grind equal amounts of flax, chia, and pumpkin seeds in a spice grinder until they’re very finely ground. Place them in a dark colored container to protect from light, and store in the freezer. I sprinkle a teaspoon on just about everything.

I put half a smushed avocado on top of a grass-fed burger with NO BUN and a pinch of salt red onion tomato and lettuce. Chefs kiss! Simple but so good!

Awesome video! Ladies, I'm vegetarian and you can get the tryptophan from nuts, seeds, tofu, oatmeal, spinach & Broccoli. 😉😊 I haven't had an issue with hot flashes or mood swings but exercise, sunlight & going to bed by 9:30pm helps does your mindset & healthy relationships. ❤❤❤❤

I boil, dandelions in hot water for 10 minutes, rinse, squeeze the water out, chop, set aside. Are use sweet onion, and fresh garlic, sauté that throw the chopped dandelions in put it in a glass bowl and squeeze fresh lemon juice and pour a little bit of cold, pressed olive oil and eat as a side dish or on top of any other proteins

Roasted veggie and meat balls bowl!

Japanese, purple or regular sweet potatoes, cauliflower, broccoli, or brussel sprouts, carrots or zucchini, drizzled in a generous amount of EVOO, tossed with some coriander, cumin, fresh garlic, and salt, spread on baking sheet and cook at 425 F for 45 mins.
For the meatballs:
Grass fed ground beef, pinch of each of the following spices: cumin, coriander, garlic, sage, paprika, mustard, onion + garlic granules, turmeric, ginger, chipotle, then a few generous pinches salt, roll into small balls, about 1 oz each, put in cast iron pan and put in oven for last 10 mins while veggies are still roasting. Take everything out, and serve with labneh, avocado, and of course a drizzle of the fat that collected at the bottom of the pan with the meatballs, sprinkle some salt, pepper and fresh herbs and ENJOY!! Hope someone is able to make this, I cook intuitively so measurements aren’t available.

I’m a nursing professor and turning 50 this year and have been dealing with hormonal imbalance for decades, particularly with PCOS.
