I should say, some foods are cursed and so never eat without blessing your food first acknowledging that it is God who provides us our food and give thanks to God almighty. Also avoid foods that are too much processed and has many additives in it.

You’re right, feeling how it began to shrink and eventually disappear within 2 months was so liberating. I followed the steps I mentioned, and within the first 2 weeks the bloating was gone. I simply go'ogled Tilly Strankten's Ovarian Cyst Guide and it's like I hit the feel-good reset button lol.

Thank you I try to eat a personal healthy diet of foods and spices no highly processed foods or added sugars . My diet includes wild caught fatty fish, grass fed meats, all the colours of the rainbow for fruits and vegetables love avocados, broccoli and cabbage never did like caffeine drinks. I never had menopausal symptoms . my Doctor has me on Vitamin D 3 my levels went from low teens to the sixties I follow his other suggestions for vitamin d too. You have covered much of what I do but I have learned a thing or two that I hadn’t considered. Yesterday I started breathing exercises to do twice a day but you didn’t mention holding you breath before exhaling with your tongue placed firmly on the roof of your mouth just behind your teeth as you breath out. Sorry for my disjointed comment I was writing as you were talking and have made an edit or two now that you have finished your post. 😂❤🎉❤😊
