For Hormonal balance eat:
1) Protein- from fish, chicken, legumes, meat (beef, pork and other red meat)
2) Colorful veggies (bell peppers, carrot, chard etc.), brassica family (broccoli, kale, brussel sprouts and other sprouts) and green leafy veggies
3) Mushrooms
4) Avocados
5) Omega 3 fatty acids- oily fish: salmon, mackerel, sardines, cod, haddock, shellfish, kelp etc.
From plants: chia seeds, flaxseed, walnuts
Can get from fish oil supplements.

Avocado purée, simply made with crushed avocado, freshly squeezed organic lemon juice and a pinch of good quality salt, vegetable salt (Herbamare) or fleur de sel ! 😋
Beware of commercial table salt: most of them contain a lot of sugar too !
