My great-grandmother used to give us blueberries as/instead of cereal in the morning with cream.

How amazing! I am on 8 week 'no sugar' diet (feeling great!) but I eat cocoa nibs on my oatmeal. I bet this counts too😊. I need to add Green tea for sure! Amazing video😘
