Four months in and I’ve never felt better. I’m a 66 year old man, lost 47lbs, off all 4 blood pressure meds and Rosuvastatin. It’s been a long time since I was proud of my appearance. I was literally at my wits end this time last year. I was 320 pounds and seriously considering a gastric bypass/ sleeve. I didn’t think I could possibly lose the amount of weight naturally because I had failed many times. I came across some IF videos and was embarrassed that I had never heard of it although I work in healthcare. July 27 2022 I started 16:8 and some walking at a park near my home. I’m four days from my 1 year anniversary of my wellness journey and I’m 93 (227) pounds lighter and I feel better than I can ever remember so IF absolutely works but it does require discipline. I’m so thankful for finding your channel as I am 46 year old woman so THANKS Dr. Mindy for the knowledge!!

I started fasting 2 weeks ago and this is my third week. I do 14 to 18 hr fast and eat a low carb diet. I’ve lost 10 lbs and my body is now used to fasting and I feel much lighter and energetic. My family has noticed the difference. Your channel is the best thing that has happened to me on my get healthy journey. Thank you.

So glad I found this channel. I went from 257 at my doctor’s office to 225 in four weeks by leaning into everything taught here. I mostly do OMAD but I have peppered in a few 36 hour fasts as well. I usually do a large green-filled salad with a protein and a plain Greek yogurt at 1pm and then don’t feel the need to eat until the next day. Sometimes a steak and avocado. I am so excited to keep going. Feeling amazing like the world of yo-yo dieting is behind me now. Thank you so much. ❤

I lost about 35 lbs from intermittent fasting, and I'm now at my ideal weight. Occasionally I take a break, occasionally I eat ice cream or something "forbidden, " but I keep this lifestyle and the weight has stayed off easily. Thank you Dr Mindy!!!

I was 238 lbs on Feb 2nd and the day before Ramadan I was 222 lbs"March 22nd", I was doing keto and intermittent fasting. Now 17 days in Ramadan doing dry fasting and OMAD 212 lbs. Fun fact 😅 this is my first time ever to lose weight during Ramadan. I used to always gained weight during Ramadan 😅, Which is crazy what sugar and carbs do to your body. Another fun fact, I was always tired during Ramadan and thinking about food all the time, but this Ramadan is easy and I'm not thinking about food all the time and my energy level is amazing, I can get everything done during fasting with ease. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. I was always disbelieving about keto but thank god I gave it a shot finally.

I have lost 17 lbs in 3 months by fasting (and ultra healthy eating) 17 to 22 hours daily, with one day no fasting per week. So happy! I am also exercising more because this fasting has provided me with incredible energy! Thanks to you Dr. Mindy for all your helpful advice 😁 My goal is 25 lbs, almost there!!

I am just in the beginning of my weight loss journey and I am very grateful to Dr. Mindy Pelz for valuable information. I am 59 and I am stuck for many years in one number 155-157 LB with my height of 5"1 . I tried everything and it didn't help . My weight always keep coming back. And now I am fasting almost every day and lost 4 LB in two weeks. Maybe it's not such a big deal yet, but I think it will work for me !
