Thank you for this! I’m on day 22 and was feeling really anxious for no reason. Just ate some butternut squash and grapefruit. Love how eating this way is so doable if Keto isn’t the entire month and I get to eat other foods that nourish my biome and help me support my hormones.

I'm on day 21 and decided to have a breakfast charcuterie with dried apricots, carrot with almond butter, kale chips, and a piece of procuitto (Berkshire, pastured). I am looking forward to seeing if my period come back (they have been one day of spotting only) from building my hormones with food. I am post menopausal on bio identicals. Trying to add more foods overall that supply both estrogen and progesterone. Goal to back off the bio identicals. Don’t know if this is practical. I take both estrogen and progesterone. Have for over 12 years. I eat flaxseed sweet potatoes regular potatoes squash beets berries salmon mixed greens. I have lost nearly 20 lbs. also intermittent fasting and vary my exercise. Thanks so much Mindy!

Maybe I haven’t gotten to the videos on mens hormones and geared specifically for their needs like for women and our cycles, if there aren’t any could you kindly recommend or share anyone that is the version of you for men? Fasting is important if you continue to develop wildly as a human being.
But sometimes I feel like you're skipping something that a lot of people, especially while fasting, can benefit from.
Meditation and breathing techniques is the perfect marriage together during fasting.
