I am kind of late, but I've just started doing this workout and I wanna share everything with you to hopefully help at least one person. I am 163 cm tall and my weight is 64 kg. I am pretty unfit, although I do exercise sometimes, but I just lose motivation very quickly. So I am kind of familiar with working out, just so you know. As I'm writing this, I'm only at day two, but I can already tell you that I am loving this. I don't know what my results are gonna be, but I am not expecting anything crazy in just a week. The most important thing to me is how I'm feeling and am I seeing any little change to motivate me. Check the updates for each day now (I've done the workout twice a day, every day except the first) :
DAY 1 - Wow this was A WORKOUT. I am covered in sweat, but feeling great. The moves are really not that hard, I could follow her nicely. But I do feel like I've completed a hard workout and my legs hurt already.
DAY 2 - Definitely feeling sore from yesterday. The workout felt the same, not easier, but not harder. Again, feeling great.
DAY 3 - Oh boy, I am really sore today not gonna lie, it hurts like hell. But I was still able to do it.

This is the first workout I have done since a subarachnoid haemorrhage in November 2020 (I'm pretty sure I did your workout daily during the first lockdown, although I can't remember!). My physio told me that cardiovascular exercise would really help my balance problems, but I was (a) not convinced and (b) scared!). On a whim I decided to do this workout after work today .... and I'm so pleased I did! I found it quite hard but very enjoyable, and I felt so motivated by your guidance throughout! I honestly think this is something I will be able to manage every day, and even look forward to - so a big THANK YOU!

Yay high five ✋, came here to do the stretches after doing other 3 videos of 7 minutes workouts and one of gym ball march challenge!
Im literally sweating through my eyes🤣🤣 anyone who’s reading this comments plz try lucy’s workouts i know u will love them as much as i do most of other trainers online they dont bother to put two images in one video or dont even bother to talk to u and chat with u! I came across lucy’s channel from @annasaccone for more than two years now and i’ve been doing whatever i find beneficial in her chanel i can literally keep scrolling down and always there is a new workout and a new routine for u.

WOW, I am out of shape and have nerve damage in my right leg, as well as poor circulation. Doing these 7 minute work-outs in the morning and evening is really making a difference in how I feel. It's even helping with the painful nerve damage. It gets the heart rate up, but in a good way, not in a way that makes me want to quit. Thank you so much for producing these easy but impactful standing exercises.

This workout is quite amazing, I've been doing it for a while now and weighed myself the other day and I've lost just over four kilo's! For years I've been trying to shed a few kilograms, without success and with your help I've finally managed to. Thanks so much Lucy!

Hi. I've started this workout today. I am completely out of shape and weigh around 80kg. I was around 90kg last year and reduced around 10kg just by controlled diet. But for the last month or 2 I am stuck at 80kg without any changes. I am starting with this workout with my fingers crossed. I hope I see some changes before I lose my motivation again.

Made it home in time to do the workout. Was working in the set of "POSE" overnight, then, got in this morning at 6:35, took a quick nap and, now, have done my workout. Yahoo! Thank you Lucy!

Today is my 2nd week. I did drop a dress size last week and have picked this one for this week. 1st week done and can already feel and see the difference. Roll on tomorrow. Thanks Lucy. Xx
