I want to thank you for making this available. I'm 52 yrs old and developed stubborn belly fat over the years. I have been doing cardio on the treadmill 30 minutes everyday and lost 15 pounds in 2 months but then it stopped. I'm not losing weight and in fact gained 4 pounds. Super frustrating, and I don't eat that much. Hardly any sugar, no breads, pasta or anything fattening. Then I found you and then these videos on YouTube. I am super pumped. Learning a lot. Thanks again.

I just got back from the gym and did this as my last set of exercise for my abs. Looking forward to keeping this up over time and seeing the results!
