Thank you so much for your amazing videos Meredith. I had both my knees replaced 6 months ago and just getting back into proper exercise instead of rehab. Your workouts are so good. I can do cardio without jumping around and I love how motivating you are 😊💕

Segundo dia haciendolos ...inicio con 141 siguiendo los consejos de Meredith con la.curcuma n l agua, la canela, l aguacate, gengibre con piña...veremos a la semana si perdí alguito de peso....igual lo mas importante se ve en la ropa....❤ gracias
