Question for you: for exercise number two in bringing the legs up to 90, if the individual does not have adequate hip flexion, won’t they get there through simple spinal orientation instead of relative motion? Does this affect the exercise?

Thanks for the video! I've been suffering from this condition half of my life. Deadlift with more weight than I should've used triggered it, I'm going to try these exercises :)

i wanna do this, concerned i’m going to do it wrong..very technical and the positioning is critical. …some of these exercises could INCREASE or REINFORCE the pooch if i’m just a couple inches off?! yikes

no way i could remember these anyway and i don’t have any blocks or yoga equipment…😕 i have a nice body, but… the pooch.

edit: wow just read some of the other comments, now i get it, realizing through others’ comments that this video is out of my league and i pretty much suck in more ways than one. 💙
