FUPA, which stands for "fat upper pubic area," refers to the fatty tissue located above the pubic region. If you have a FUPA and want to get rid of/reduce it, just know that you CANNOT SPOT REDUCE FAT. However, I will give you five steps you need to implement into your fitness journey!

1. Balanced Diet: Focus on consuming a well-balanced diet that includes whole foods, fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats. This can help create a calorie deficit and support weight loss.🍎

2. Regular Exercise: Engage in regular physical activity, including cardiovascular exercises like running, biking, or swimming, as well as strength training exercises that target various muscle groups. This can help burn calories and build muscle tone.🏋️‍♀️

Most people in the comments seem to have missed what is in the description. The exercise he is doing isn’t the solution, in fact he goes on to mention that there no such thing as targeting certain parts of the body. If you want a reduced fupa, consistent cardio, strength training, core exercises hydration and a balanced diet are the key.

Also fasting and cutting carbs has helped me. I stopped eating at 9pm and I don't Start till 11am the next day. Smoothie and salad of course. Heaviest meal about 2pm

I subbed because these are real exercises real women can do at home. Not everybody wants to go to the gym. Some of us live our lives in private. Keep doing great work

That's not the fupa, that's the lower belly. The FUPA (which stands for Fatty Upper Pubic Area) is down lower on the mound where the pubic hair grows. So many people get it confused, but that's where it actually is.

Your program made me lose weight!! In 2 weeks I was down 10 pounds ! Doing the fupa challenge while drinking apple cider vinegar for 2 times a day in the morning before my workout, and before falling asleep or after 7 pm . My eating I was fasting I ate from 12-7 pm at 7 pm stoped drink apple cider vinegar and repeat . Workout 2 times a day if possible if not just 1 time a day with walking extra each day . ( keep your body moving ) .
