I slouch my belly when sitting. Sitting up straight is tiresome. But I don't slouch when standing though.

Can you also tell all these chicks that breaking your back by arching your back to make your ass look bigger just pushes your belly out MORE. Don't slouch and don't arch. Good posture is important!

So lay on the ground with your feet up and do nothing.

That sounds like resting with extra steps.

I stand sticking my butt out so I have a pooch that can cone and I am only 131 lbs. I am always checking my posture and doing pelvic floor exercises and vacuums now at age 46 🤷🏻‍♀️
