Thank you for this! Can you please make a video guiding users through the 15 seconds of each muscle for those of us who can't easily identify our TfL? Something that I can watch, follow along, at then I've done it all when the video is over.

Tried one for the first time yesterday. I used on areas that were tight, first proper gym session in 3 years, very tight. Oh my goodness my hip and lower back were very tender using this therabody tool. Rotator area on shoulder and upper back area are really tender and neck. I hope to use this as part of my gym routine. Will see how it goes.

Can't recommend it (at least the model I bought) as the vibrations through the hands are awful leading to tingling and discomfort

I just want to know about the warranty. I just received my Theragun Elite and
it won"'t turn on AND wouldn't charge. Dead unit out of the box.
Ridiculous for such an expensive device - clearly very poor QC. Problème warranty month by month. Help!!!! How should I do now for the warranty? Always waiting….. 8 month later. Help!

Bought the Pro 6 months ago, one of the batteries already dead and not charging. Theragun only give 90 day warranty on its batteries. Totally unacceptable customer service and warranty period. I got sold a poor battery. Stay away from Theragun!! You are better getting a cheaper alternative. Maybe they should spend more on the product quality and less on £M advertising.

Being serious not rude. I have DDD, arthritis all over. Much pain all down spine. These guns are posted for sale 99 to 1 over dual head. How am I supposed to do my mid to upper back and back of arm with this instrument?

I came on here hoping to learn how to use mine effectively. All it does is hurt me more & doesn't feel relaxing AT ALL even on the lowest setting. I'm not a wimp either I prefer deep tissue massages when I get a massage. Any advice would be appreciated

Mine arrived and won’t charge. I’m gonna hate the replacement protocol I can already tell. I wouldn’t recommend their products at all. Too expensive to not have a QC system in place
