Two days ago I could not do lower abs thanks to my tight back. Monday I tried these, worked my abs and today completed a series of deadlifts. I like the twisty one the best.

I like your 20 minute real time routine a lot for my morning and evening stretches. However, once in a while my back pain will wake me up. I always wondered what two or three stretches I could do to get some relief without going through 20 some minutes of exercise. Thank you ma’am
