Minute#1: 10 dead rows + 10 DB hop overs
Minute#2: 10/10 hammer curls + 10 DB hop overs
Minute#3: 10 (5/5) seesaw chest presses + 10 DB hop overs
Minute#4: 10 close grip chest presses with hollow hold + 10 DB hop overs
Minute#5: 10 burpees
