This is the TOTAL upper body and abs builder!! It is amazing what you can accomplish in 30 minutes with only your dumbbells! We are talking strong and defined abs and all the upper body muscles! This workout is intense and effective, but it's also fun! You are going to feel so amazing by the time you reach that last set! Grab your heavy dumbbells, remember what your working for, and let's get strong!

UPPER BODY & ABS DUMBBELL WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES
MUSCLES TARGETED: BICEPS, TRICEPS, SHOULDERS, BACK, CHEST, ABS, & OBLIQUES
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
- DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 10lbs to 20lbs / 4.5 - 9kg
- EXERCISE MAT

10 TOTAL EXERCISES
5 ROUNDS
REPEAT EACH ROUND TWO TIMES
WORK: 50 SECONDS REST: 30 SECONDS

Favorited! Just finished this workout - everything about it was absolutely awesome! Loved the extended time and variation of exercises. Whatever is going on in this session, this workout just felt really, really great! Love when Kaleigh throws in new variations - helps the body stay up and alert.
