I have been recovering from a broken foot. I had surgery a few months ago. The surgeon told me I’m finally able to return to working out. This low impact workout was perfect. I hate cardio, I hate dancing, I hate it all. Dude! The 15 minutes flew by and I actually enjoyed it. The moves, the music, the energy, I loved Thank you. It’s like you created this just for me.
