I did this workout thrice when I was using the app. One of my most favorite workouts. This workout opened the way for dumbbells into my life, the best thing. Those who haven't done this yet, go for it. You'll find hidden power within yourself. I love you Juliana and Mark. I am at the lowest point of my life, the only thing that matters these days is these workouts.

Just to clarify, this isn't a postpartum video. This is one they made a long time ago for one of the premium programs on their site--is a great program BTW. Actually, none of the video so far have been postpartum. When she found out she was pregnant a year ago, she made a massive backlog of videos in Canada where she was living at the time. Then she moved to Costa Rica to have the baby so when we start seeing new videos that were filmed there, those will be postpartum. I'm excited for that but no rush, having a baby is a big deal and deserves lots of recovery time. I'm just happy they had the dedication and foresight to make a backlog for us in the meantime.

This is one of the best workouts I've ever done! I practice ashtanga yoga and have included videos such as this one for gaining strength to build a solid foundation for handstands + other inversions. I've been doing it once a week for a few months now and my progress has been insane! At the beginning, it was super tough and while some of it is still quite tough now, it is SO much easier! Thank you so much for making this video of the program available to us all - much appreciated!!!! :)
