Join me in this 30 minute sequence to help with bloating, cramps and relaxation during your period.
This is meant to be a free flowing class that i'd like you to utilize props in, such as pillows, bolsters or blocks.
This is such a powerful time for us to embrace and connect to the body and mind. We will work with the breath and work on letting go of any stagnant energy built up within the hips. The Moon Cycle is a time where we experience an outward flow of energy which encourages shedding, rejuvenation and what I like to call rebirth, making space for new beginnings.
