As a former bodybuilder and Olympic lifter, I spent 25 years with a stiff and achy body My joints used to hurt. I never got outdoors. My spirituality and creativity sucked. I'm glad I found strength side and minimalism. I'm a much happier healthy man.

I feel great after doing this! It's not common for an advanced practitioner like you to take such care and time for all these beginner level workouts. They make me feel like a cheetah all day long even if I do resemble a platypus when attempting anything close to primal movement. Thank you for sharing your talent and hard work.

I’m a novice stretching practitioner, trying to be consistent with it after WODs. Was following along with this, stopped in the middle, connected with the sounds of the woods near me (cicadas, maybe?) and stretched how I felt I needed, listened to my body. One of my first zen stretching sessions where I was guided by what needed the relief, thanks STRENGTH SIDE!!

I have gotten stiff lately - so back to you Josh! I love these dynamic type movements - i have metal in my wrist and knee and just do it like I do! I am amazed i can do these to an extent not as fluid as you ...but - thanks; it's like being a kid again!

I always find myself coming back to these routines again and again <3 I have serious neck issues and do my physiotherapy daily, but it's through following your videos that I feel untangled in body, mind and soul. Thank you, I feel really good <3

After a long day of intense work and then taking care of the children, I usually don't move anymore. There is no energy left. Today I did just these 7 minutes and I feel so much better. Thanks a lot for this <3

Must say I loved the music you choose! Also the message. We miss so much going camping near our lakes and rivers...while this lockdown continues we go "trekking" and exploring with our kids every park we find near. Trying to keep in touch with this wild side we all have, and that comes out when we are surrounded by nature. Thanks 🙏🙏🙌
