Another routine with stretching exercises for after workout! This one holds each stretch for 60 seconds to get a little deeper into the stretches. Only 7 exercises in 7 minutes! You will feel each exercise more and this will help you improve your flexibility!

Stretching after your workout is very important, not only to recover your muscles, but also to prevent any injuries during workouts due to the lack of flexibility and range on motion! These stretches will also help with soreness, you will notice a difference when you start stretching after workouts the following days!

It is normal to feel uncomfortable in these stretches, it’s a good thing actually! because it means that it’s working and your flexibility is getting better!!! Feel free to do your own variation of the stretch if the pain is unbearable!

Hi Daniela ☺ I normally don't leave comments but I really want to with you. I have stumbled across your channel today abd absolutely Love it!! I have been doing a few of your workouts and stretches and Love how easy it is to follow you, how inspired i feel by you, i love the countdowns and the little clip in the corner on what move is to be expected next. I have watched a lot of other videos by others but they never had an impact on me like you. I literally cried half way through working out with you because finally i found my Favorite 💝 I love how many videos you have on your channel!! Daniela, thank you again for another amazing stretching video. Your stretching videos have helped me become way more flexible. However the best part is that my back pain has become way less noticeable. It is crazy how much stretching helps mobility as well as overall well being. Also love that these stretches are a minute long. It is more challenging, and you really feel the stretch. Thank you!!!🥰💖

I enjoyed the video, but I could see the rolling back stretch going terribly wrong for inexperienced people at home. Maybe adding a lower impact stretch alongside it to save some necks? haha
