Overcoming childhood emotional neglect is EXTREMELY HARD, but not impossible. The challenge is largely because it’s rooted in our subconscious mind, lingering in the shadows, not always able to see them – but the patterns are there. Have you found yourself stuck in a pattern? Now, we can’t change the past, and we don’t do ourselves any good by trying to live in it either, but what does help us is learning to recognize it, understand it, love ourselves for what we’ve been through, and ultimately accept it.
