As an athlete looking at 40, calisthenics has lit a fire under me and I really appreciate the clarity and the effectiveness of your teaching style- from the information in your videos I know how to increase or decrease difficulty and for this routine in particular I just added a few reps to each of the sets. I used to do the skinny cat so easily when I was a kid just to show off without knowing it was an actual usefull exercise now I just turned 31 and became fat (a bit less than 100kg for 1m76) so I really want to start making my body as sharp as I can for the future, thanks for your video !

Thanks for this amazing video. I have been wanting to start calisthenics for so long. I was a overweight guy. I reduced my weight from 95.5 to 84kg as of now. I am getting good at pullups and pushups. I'll surely add these exercises in my workout routine. It will help me in building strength.
