I was severely undereating protein for about two years. I thought I was just casually dieting but it had a huge impact on my health. This calculator on MFP has helped me reach my protein goals and I am losing even though I’m eating 500 more calories a day

Thank you for explaining this. I have FitnessPal but didn't know how to use it.

It's so easy to over consume if you aren't tracking what you eat. I find when I get the macros right, everything falls into place nicely. :)

With so many opinions I am at a loss. I am female, 140, 5 ft 4, exercise/weights/strenght 4-5 days a week, and I want to gain muscle, lean up, and tone up. I have been given 89 grams of protein up to 127 grams of protein. HELP!

Thank you for this excellent video. I have a difficult time planning my meals to meet my macro goals. Is there an app that helps to plan meals by macros?

Thanks for the video. My thoughts. The BMI is not a good measure. It tells me my ideal weight would be 155-165. If I hade zero% fat I would weigh 191. When I was in the Marines I was much younger and in great shape. I weighed nearly 200 even then. No one should go by the BMI. BWI is much better. If he wants to gain more calories is the key but he needs much more protein than 20%. But that is just my opinion. Your calculator states he needs at a moderate level to bulk he needs 233g.

It's a delightful treat that doesn't need any fussing in the kitchen. One of the best peanut butter out there- Alpino's peanut butter, whether it is natural or chocolate-flavored, is the best! @alpinohealthfoods
