I calculate my macros for a 1250 kcal/day as follows: pr=100g, cho=100g, fat=50g. If I need to increase my kcal/day, I'll increase my fat and pr in proportions reflecting on what my goal is for my body. My current wt=60kg, ht=167cm, body fat=18%.
