You are the only person on the internet that have explained the calorie deficit so clearly for many many years that I have tried to understand fitness. I have tried so many workouts and diet and yoyoed in my weight. Watching your channel had just allowed me the epiphany of what had truly worked in the past. I’m almost 40 but what you explained applies to every woman! Thank you so much and I will be following you!

In 13 minutes you have explained so clearly the whole idea of macronutrients that I've been struggling to understand for years, and how to work out a personalised diet plan. This is amazing! Thank you. I finally have a blueprint to get started, and also this has eradicated my fear of a high-protein diet being all about meat. The idea that a bowl of oats, with Greek yoghurt can also be a healthy high-protein meal is a game changer for me. This has been the most helpful 15 minutes of my dieting life!!

I keep sharing this channel with all my friends and family. I believe it’s because I actually have seen results. I am so determined . Melissa you are changing lives . I worked out today only 39 minutes, I ate protein shake for breakfast, lunch I ate the Ezekiel bread and avocado and two small slices of Turkey breast. Dinner ground Turkey spinach and tomato.
I can’t wait for my variety weights to come in, right now I only have 20 pounds dumbbell and a 50 pound dumbbell . I am thinking of ordering blow-flex.

Thank you Melissa, you are such an inspiring person I thought that just who is 20/30 can have great health and feel amazing every day... finally you prove every day that what was "impossible" it is possible ...my big mistake was I always jump in to the 1200 cal X day with very little carbs ...which I could not sustain😓 ...I eventually hit a plateau and not loose weight, not having anywhere to go to because could not train every day for 4/5 hours or eat less than 1000 cal without becoming a cranky and on the edge human...finally I understood what was wrong ❤️ you are the best!❤️

Thank you for all of this wonderful information Melissa....as someone who has been BATTLING weight loss(and losing), now having to think of dietary changes for Type 2 Diabetes as well as menopause, definitely gives insight on a blueprint to go in the right direction.

Great advice Melissa. I'm 63 and have stalled my weight loss at 140 lbs so am going to work on balancing my macros and increase my protein intake to see if that helps.

You are my go to. I got off but now I'm getting back on. And when I was doing it before just following the meal plan and working out 4 days a week not really strenuously I saw my figure take shape. That was with weight training and a little bit of cardio. So I totally appreciate you I think you look great and you are a godsend for women 40 and over.
