16 years old 5ft 9in, 208lbs, male (work out 4 hours on Mon, Wed, Fri / Tue&Thur 2hrs / Saturday I do cardio and running 2hrs) I’m an athlete in high school im a running back tryna cut weight so I’m between 190-195lbs I have around 35% body fat and I’m strong but I want my body to tone up like I’m big but not cut or anything and I wanna be cut and a little lighter so I can get faster

I'm a male 5'6, 26 years old, 194lbs, I exercise 5-6 days a week i do mostly jogging 3 days about 40 minutes to an hour, and 3 days weightlifting, but the rest of they day i dont have more activity since i work in an office most of the day sitting.
