The Agoge diet is truly something else, don't know why, but somehow it worked better than anything else I tried for growing muscle.

Thank u Christine! Just one doubt: once u are ready for a bulk, how do u know your new target weight? How do you know you have to go from 115 to 130 pounds and not 120 or 150? What's the rule? CHEERS!

If you have extra body fat that you want to get rid of but you also want to gain more muscle, should you focus on fat loss until your at a more desirable body fat percentage then bulk .. or focus on muscle gain because the extra muscle and clean bulking may help you lose fat? Can you lose fat and gain muscle at the same time ?

I knew which foods I need to eat to lose weight, but I didn't know how much. Diet plan I got from Agoge Diet contains portion sizes for every meal. Fantastic!

hey Christine, suppose I'm at a body fat percentage of 24 round about, I work out at home minimum 30 mins a day and I want to gain lean muscle mass... should I first be in a deficit till my body fat is 19% or should I go into the 300 surplus now?

I followed your tutorial on how to calculate macros for fat loss, and have been following it for a few weeks. It has worked very well for me, just like you said, I've been losing about 1% of fat per week. I want to start a surplus following this formula at some point. However, I'm very concerned. How will I know when I'm ready to go into a surplus? Also, if I follow this plan, I'm worried about gaining a little fat with it. I'm having a hard time trying to decide where to go from here, and when to make the next move. Thank you so much for all the helpful videos!
