My favorite habit is that 1 hour before bedtime I stop electronics. I then wash my face and teeth, brush my hair, and then lay in bed and read till bed time. So relaxing. Thanks for the helpful habits today.

My absolute best habits that changed my life are reading my Bible, praying, reviewing my goals and repeating affirmations every morning.

My worst habit I want to change is to sleep and wake at the same times every day 😊

These were all such great tips!!! One habit that I have started that I am sooo grateful for is that after I get my coffee in the morning. I go straight to the master bedroom and make our bed. One day before I started this I timed myself and it literally took 4 minutes to make. This really motivated me. I have always made our bed but at different times of day. I speed clean the bedroom spray with Lysol spray and speed clean the attached small bathroom. It took so much stress off of me to know all this is done first thing. I have been married for 51 years and raised two healthy kids but you never stop learning new efficient ways to do things. Being grateful for my life and even the smallest things have opened golden doors for me. Thanks for the vid. it was AWESOME xxx...

Best content on youtube. So many great tips, apps and ideas I get from your channel Brittney! My best habit is that I make it a point to work on my personal growth because I know when I improve me, my family improves as a result as well. It's been proven in my household time and time again. When I stopped trying to change everyone else and focused on changing me, they all changed for the better! It's amazing. My worse habit at the moment is my potty mouth. Really trying to work on that

I love your videos! I would like to recommend you (if you don't mind) to use glass containers for your meal prep. Glass containers are so much better for your health. :) putting hot food in a plastic container isn't a good idea even though the plastic containers are BPA Free.

I absolutely adore your videos! These are such simple ideas but we forget them so so much.

My best habit is making sure the kitchen is clean before bed and being a bit of a minimalist when out and about buying things. Worse habit is constant self doubt.
