Absolutely!!! I had foot pain. Started suddenly after a walk in the country. I stumbled for weeks before I saw a video of massage with the handle of a table knife ( for planterfacia). Now at almost 70 I am changing to wider shoes ( especially in the toe area).

Thank you SO much! I have been diagnosed with mid foot arthritis and had 4 injections over 2 years... next option is fusing .... but I'm resisting that since there are many things that can go off the trails with that surgery. Stretching is a great plan going forward!

Which is an air pocket of nitrogen and it's in the heel and it's hurting my foot.
How do they treat that
