what if doing that causes a pinching sensation in the front of the hip. like hip flexor area?

I've got the pain in my right heel and inside/under the bony protuberance -- inferior extensor retinaculum tendon? I'm quite strong and agile with these stretches already... Only feel the discomfort when leg is fully extended and hip joint is at least 90° with extended leg. So weird, and no pain whilst walking or much of anything else!

Unfortunately been doing these for months. I'm am still in pain and limping. Nothing is helping my PF.
