Dr. Rowe shows how to relieve your foot, heel, and plantar fasciitis pain AT HOME, and it's shown in a easy to follow step-by-step guide.

First, an effective foot pain relief muscle, ligament, and tendon (aka soft tissue) massage technique is shown that may help release tightness, quickly helping to give foot and heel pain relief in as little as 30 SECONDS!

Second, foot pain relief mobility exercises are demonstrated to help increase range of motion and mobility in the feet, especially with locked up metatarsals. This is particularly good for dull, ACHY pains on the bottom of the foot (plantar fasciitis and a dropped foot arch), heel, and the top of the foot.

Third, strengthening exercises are shown to build up the area in and around the feet, helping to future-proof it and possibly lessen instances of pain. Also, this exercise may help restore normal pronation and supination of the foot.

Am 60 and just started a "picker job in a wharehouse average 30 - 35 km walk per 12 hour straight shift and my feet were screaming after shift. After 3 shift days I thought i was never going to be able to do my next shift. Found your video and did the exercises and had IMMEDIATE relief. Will find a spot and do these exercises in my 2 half hour breaks and i reckon I will be good to go. You may have just saved my job! Thanks.

Thank you. This gave me the encouragement and instruction I needed to dive in. I have had 13 surgeries, multiple procedures, scar tissue throughout my leg and foot, areas of numbness and extreme pain. I just, for the first time, resolved several issues BY MYSELF. Popped the ball and large toe and feel my entire foot and leg relaxing for the first time in weeks if not MUCH longer.

Just started a new job and it consists of walking all day and the only time I’m off my feet is on break. My feet hurt so bad it’s keeping me from sleeping & I broke down, real tears ! This video has literally helped me right now at 11:21pm and I am so thankful!! 🙏🏾

Thank you for showing how to do these exercises! I saved this video so I can do all of them on a regular basis. I need to work the spoon one, and have to say just going through some of the pressures and stretches brought a definite feeling of relief! Almost in tears knowing it is within my power to help my poor feet. Have been rough on them my whole life and paying dearly for this and learning to show kindness to them now.

Thank you so much! My left arch started hurting after a long run and it has been achy and painful for a little over a week. I tried doing some toe stretches but couldn’t lift my big toe. After doing all of your exercises my foot feels so much better and I can move my big toe now. Highly recommend. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I’m just coming out of a major depression where I didn’t do anything for weeks on end. I just self-isolated. I just got a job and I have to be up on my feet for 7 hours straight, so going from no moving at all to moving for 7 hours really hurts LOL. This helped a lot. Thank you ! ❤️

Wow! I didn't actually expect to find a video that would take the pain away in 30seconds! I was starting to panic when I had a sudden pain in my ankle that meant I couldn't put any weight on my foot! after 10 secons of watching the video, i'd found the spot and 20 seconds, pain was gone! I had so much pain in my feet, I would grind my teeth at night. I had to start using a mouth guard! I went from temporarily using crutches to get around yesterday, to being able to get up stairs and finally sleep on my back without snoring. You would not believe the pain relief this video gave me. It was a learning curve but after about an hour, my feet were flexible enough to move freely. I will continue to strengthen my feet and use your teachings on a daily basis. TY so much!
