After two sleepless nights of shooting pain on the top of my foot, unlike anything I have every experienced, I tried almost everything (icing, heating, resting, IB profen etc). The problem had come on at night and went away during the day, but the second night it came back again after 2 hours sleep and I was not finding any relief using ice etc. I was desperate having gotten again very little sleep by the morning. I got on line and found this video. I immediately went through all the exercises Dr. Rowe suggested and it was magical!!! The pain was mostly gone after the first two routines and by the end I was walking around pain free. Proof it worked was last night I got a full nights rest with no pain and today I am pain free. I can look at my foot and see it has returned to looking "normal". Thank you so much!!! What a difference you have made!!!

I had an injury to the top of my foot one year ago. Since then, my foot has been making clicking sounds when I walk. I followed your instructions and AMAZINGLY the clicking has stopped. Your exercises for sciatica relief also works immediately. I have shared that video with at least 50 people. It works. Now whenever I have an issue, I turn to you for relief.

65 yo and backpacking the Florida Trail - which is FLAT ground. I’ve done a lot of backpacking in the past, but this easy trail has got me halted and in a motel due to foot pain. This series of exercises has immediately made my foot feel better/ pain is gone. Many thanks. I was considering heading home, ( I live in Montana) but I think I’ll add this to my hiking routine and give it another try. 😊❤

Somehow, I happened to find your video, and I just wanted to tell you how much it helped me! I have had pain in the top of my left foot for 2 YEARS. I couldn't get in to see the doctor due to Covid, and I didn't know what was happening, but this nagging pain was really bothering me. In 1-2 days, it was gone! Can't thank you enough, Dr. Rowe!

After doing these exercises for the first time last Saturday, my feet were so relaxed that I could hardly believe it. It was almost if the feet were just dangling there not even attached to the rest of me anymore LOL This is going to help me get my mobility back so thank you so much. I got this top of foot pain after increasing 3x a week walks up to 2 hours. I've taking enough rest now and I"m so happy to get back into things again.

God bless you! I had this terrible pain for 2 weeks and I feel MUCH better after first day of exercise! I could not walk properly and my hip was also hurting from limping. Dr. just told me that it takes time to heal a tendinitis, to take paracetamol and to wait for 4-6 weeks.
