By far the best / most helpful video on this topic! I’ve watched at least 6 others and Dr. Rowe’s techniques - and comprehensive demonstrations of each - really targeted my PF and brought faster relief. Omgosh! This is such a life saver! A few months ago I went to New York and I walked A LOT. Most times in not the best shoes. It caught up to me pretty bad and my feet just continued to hurt especially my left foot. My feet have been so sore today and this had relieve the pain. Thank you so much! I’ll be doing this every morning and night.

Use Castor Oil twice a day. Coat your arch, heel, and the back of your calf. My symptoms went away in two weeks....and I'm pain free. Now I use the Castor Oil for my tennis elbow issues and shoulder pain....this stuff has crazy healing properties.

I went to a podiatrist, watched multiple other videos on PF and feel this video was what was most CRUCIAL in my recovery, resetting the big toe and 1st metatarsal! This information was not given to me anywhere else. Infact, there is such contradictory info regarding stretches and nobody speaks about resetting your metatarsal which is a huge cause of my PF. My big toe is hugging the smaller toes inward. Im using toe spacers but these exercises and massage are essential. I cant thank you enough for your thoroughness.

I had been doing various exercises and stretches I had seen for about a month, and it was getting somewhat better, but still lingering on. The muscle scraping with a spoon made a huge difference basically overnight! I still experience some slight soreness after some short runs, but I feel like now I almost have it under control. The tennis ball strength exercise hit the spot. My foot was extremely tender and in pain in that area. It bought INSTANT relief for me. I've had terrible PF on and off for years where I couldn't bear to walk first thing in the morning. Even podiatrists don't tell people about these techniques. I was always told to do calf stretches, which was good for my calves but did nothing for the PF. Thanks for the info!
