oh WOW... I was having heel pain for several months and I was not able to walk without shoes on. When I watched this yesterday I really did not think I would have any relief. I did these exercises last night using the spoon and the massages. I could not believe that this morning most of my pain was gone. I will continue these exercises and I am hoping my feet will feel better each day. Thank you much.

I work long hours on my feet. I tried soaking my feet, elevating my feet, taking Aleve and gel insoles, but nothing seemed to work. It got so bad, I would go to sleep and wake up with pain. One hour into my shift and they would already be throbbing. I tried these exercises and it was like instant relief! My feet can breath! They're still a bit tender, but 10000% better than they were before. I'm going to keep doing these exercises, thank you so much!

I finally tried the spoon with skepticism but it actually works! After 16 months and 3 podiatrists why do they not know about or recommend this technique? Needless suffering, wasted time, and lots of wasted money really pisses me off!! Thanks!

You are a life saver! I have bilateral Plantar fasciitis and arthritis and I have tried orthotics shoes, inserts, and other stretching exercises but none works like what you have in this video. I did the stretches again yesterday and my pain is 95% gone. I'm now an avid subscriber! Thank you!

I fell off the scaffolding on my heel. I injured my heel at work, it didn't swell or turn black, so I didn't go to the doctor. However, for 3 weeks, I felt pain in my heel when I walk, when I sit, and I didn't feel it until I watched this video. I immediately took a natural oil made from a combination of sunflower and lily and I used the first method with the kettlebell and I can tell you that I feel much better, thank you for existing, you should be given an Oscar and I will continue with this exercise with the kettlebell until the pain completely disappears.

I've been trying everything for my PF for about 6 weeks I've been in constant paint. I've tried every stretch and exercise and sock or splint, nothing helped till I finally came across your video specifically the metatarsal stretch. I'm so grateful you put that out and it's something no one else suggested. Thank you!

I have had ridiculous foot pain for over 20 yrs. It started with plantar fasciitis and now my feet just ache severely by the end of the day. I can not believe what a difference this had made for my foot pain!! The crackling I heard when doing this was unreal. I also started doing calf and foot stretches as well. Thank you so much for making this video. I found it yesterday, and after following it, I felt relief this morning for the first time in a couple of months. I was able to hop out of bed without limping around in excruciating pain. I just finished my second session. This is giving me hope that I will be able to run again. Thank you!

Honestly, I have no words how to describe. I had really bad ache on my heels but I will callthis MAGIC SPOON EXERCISE which really really helped me much. Today is my 3rd day continously and I have started to walk smoothly without limping, climbing stairs without pain. Thanku so much doctor God bless 🙌 and thanks for sharing this magic spoon EXERCISE. Been suffering from heel pain for 2 months now. Thought it was just a bruised heel and not plantar fasciitis because it's only the heel that hurts not the arch area also, but doctor says it's PF for sure. Out of all the videos I've watched this is by far the best. Very clear and doable instructions. Definitely going to give this a try!

I almost became disabled from heel pain and can only walk around for around 30 minutes with padded slippers. Also suicidal from imagining a life I couldn't walk again. I came to so many hospitals but came back with the same problem :< The spoon thing made the pain disappeared, I felt so emotional like someone saved my future, thank you so much wish you all the best with your career 🎉
