When I was a small child, I loved to watch Mr Rogers. He spoke directly to children as if we mattered and were important. He encouraged us through his program and made us each feel special. You are the over-50's-women's-healthy version of Mr. Rogers. It took me a long time to figure out what was familiar about you and your style of encouragement and kindness. Thank you so much for all you do. It matters more than you could ever know. You are wonderful.

discovered Fab 50s a year ago and just started again with a 30 min daily workout and the 15 min stretch - honestly no need to trawl utube for exercise programmes - Fab 50s has got it all covered . many thanks from north west england

Thank you for the fabulous videos. My wife and I have been working out with these everyday for over three months now. The 15-minute stretch above has helped my wife so much and almost eradicated her SI issues. She is SO happy to be almost free of the pain she has been suffering with for many years now.
