I used to just run a hard mile 4-5 days a week, but I recently started doing 3 miles. I typically run it in like 28-29 minutes, which is pretty average, but man does it feel GREAT when I’m done!! I sleep like a BABY when I run regularly!!

I can confirm that this is true. I used to run/jog for 2 hours (8km) per day, five days a week during COVID, and I dropped two sizes down in three months. I ate regularly and didn’t restrict myself from eating any junk food (in appropriate intake).

I started running as I lost my cardiovascular strength after COVID. It's been a month I started.
Day1: can barely run 100 meters continuesly.
Day 35: 1km with ease.

Slow and steady wins the race..

Just started running a month ago got a mile down to 6mins 38 seconds. My first run was 14 minutes. It doesn’t take long but you have to stay dedicated

since 1 week i started to run 30 mins afternoon and 30mins evening and i started to food control..the starting day is really worst pain and headache because I'm overweight 87kg but after 1 week i feel really better and my weight is seriously decreased.. it's really worth, don't lose hope and Patience❤

I recently got back into running again after stopping for about a year. Been doing about 5 miles a day, planning on doing a 30 mile run with my friend soon so am pretty excited.

I lost 25lbs in a month by just not eating garbage food all day. I eat once a day and drink pure water. I work in construction so I get a good workout everyday lol.

Judging by his physique, it looks like running is the only thing he did and maybe some light weights. Either way, running everyday for 40 days straight is one hell of an achievement. Proud of him! 💪💪
