I’ve been running 2 miles 3-5 a week for over a year and I love it . Use to take me around 35min to do 2 miles walking/running now I can do 2 miles in under 17 min

I used to run a mile a day, but I just started running 2 miles a day ago. I smoke a pack a day, so that doesn’t help lol… but I LOVE running!! I have trouble sleeping, and running makes me sleep SO MUCH BETTER!!

About 3 years ago I was running 5km in about 19 minutes, as I had to keep fit for football (soccer for Americans)... but I got injured and didn't run for a year, now I can barely run for longer than 3km without struggling to breathe. I have recently started running again (aiming for 2 miles every other day)... and i'm seeing quick improvements, would recommend it for everyone- just makes you feel good- especially mentally.

I just completed a full year of running or walking at least 2 miles a day every day for a full year.. I thought my legs would die at some point but if you rotate a few days of walking you can just keep going everyday.. My cardio has taken insane leaps every few months and now it's like a drug I have to do it or I won't feel right until I do.. Very much suggest to find the time to do it

I burn 320 Calories a day and then do weightlifting for an hour. I have a good diet. It’s really good.

i set my treadmill to 12mph and don't stop! It's so much easier knowing 12mph pace is 5 minutes per mile, i can do two miles pretty easy at that pace, going to try for 3!

Veteran here, I never ran in highschool, I’m fact it took me 15 min to run one mile, and the army literally made me run so I had no choice lmao, but I am glad they did bc it changed me as a person, and I run 2 miles in 13 minutes now 🗿

I had Lungs tuberculosis last year, completed treatment this year. Only 10 days i started jogging. I hardly able to run on first day. It took me 14 minutes to run 1 kilometre.
Now i am able to run 1 kilometre in 6:30 minutes 😞 but i want to do it better 😞😞😞
