I’ve always wondered if breaks are “allowed” but then I was like what the heck this is my run and my rules. Started getting back into running in September, yesterday I ran 4 miles (my longest so far) and took two breaks but at the same time it made the run more enjoyable.

Loved this! I do fun runs and feel so much better than racing with myself. Zone 2 cardio days are my favorite, they’re just so refreshing 😊

I'm 16 and am gonna be running my first 25 mile run this summer. Can't wait to be 18 so that I can take part in the London marathon.
