Jogging is the best excercise to lose weight as you have a constant heart rate of 100-120. You lose max fat with jogging

I started jogging for the first time not long ago and could barely run a mile in 15 minutes, after just a week of training I changed that time to 8 minutes and going for lower, it feels great to be able to do anything you want without getting gassed or tired, don’t listen to anything this guy tells you.
