She had to set her phone down and run past the camera so many times.

Me, Day 1: Shin splints. Should take a few years to fully heal and try again...

I have chronic pain and haven’t been able to run for about 5 years. It makes me so happy to see people enjoying their lives to the fullest though :) running is so good for you! Go girl!!

Perfect quote “where you push 100% and it’s effortless “ I remember that feeling

I love the feeling of what you called flow. I am a high school cyclist and when you have a great race you flow and it’s incredible.

I've only experienced "flow" once. It's so freeing. No pains, just the feeling of running free like what it feels to be those superheroes who make it seems so effortless, you also feel effortless. It's you and the experience of running that includes the ever changing scenery.

I’ve been on an almost 2 year long daily running streak. I never thought I’d be someone who LOVED to run long distances, but now it just feels almost like meditation.

As someone who ran every day for 2 years. Don’t do it. You need to rest and recover. Cross training is so important

When I used to run at my local park, there is a little bridge and everytime I crossed it I would begin crying for absolutely no reason. It felt good and it kinda became my reason for running every day. I started to run faster because of how much I was looking forward to it. I miss that feeling. Is that weird? Aw, I want to run now. I'll probably die but I'll try it.😅

Imagine filming all these-

That ‘sore’ on day 23 was spot on 😂 one of the worse thing when you finally get on a streak is physically not being able to go on and it’s my personal tipping point for continuing or not. When I do manage to continue it’s basically back to square one forcing myself to keep going until I get back into the flow a week later.

Running is addicting and the high is almost too euphoric!! Can’t wait to start back

As someone who began running recently, this is so relatable lol.
I used to try to run multiple days in a row.
Let me tell you, keeping a gap day between runs really helps you get the max out of the run

I challenged myself to 100 days of yoga. I recently surpassed 300 days, it’s hard to stop once you hit a streak and are feeling the benefits from an activity. Good luck!

Just hit that feeling today for the first time- where I went as fast as I possiblly could and it felt like nothing!
