With this video workout I have uploaded today, I will help you achieve abs and burn belly fat by doing these body-weight exercises at home!

This is a standing workout challenge which means that you don't need to lie down or go on all fours. All routines are done standing up and is a combination of ab routines that will efficiently burn belly fat while building muscles in your core as you move, thus making your ab muscles more visible giving you a leaner core!

I am just going to say this for anybody starting out with Roberta- give her videos a month. You are going to feel wonderful and amazing. I have knee issues so I can't do floor exercises, so it's standing only for me. However, if I can, I modify floor exercises or I just find all her videos with "standing only" exercises in them- and there are plenty! Give this lovely lady a chance. I can't say enough about Roberta and how her videos have strengthened the muscles around my knees- pain went from unbearable to barely feeling it now, one month later. I am in my late 50's and am so grateful I found her videos!

Okay! 2 days i did these exercises. These are pretty intense! But not impossible. I increased the rest time from 1 minute to 2 minutes. And i did not really see much difference in my belly fat but definitely saw a huge change in my thighs. My thighs got pretty slim just by doing these workouts for 2 days! Will continue these exercises for a couple of months and update you! No need to go on a diet just have home cooked food with less oil and include fruits and dry fruits!

im doing that i guess for 1 week and it´s easier and easier. At first i was so definited after that workout and now after i finished that, i feel more better. I don´t have toned body yet (i am doing some other workouts too to get the best results) but i believe i can do it!! Thank you for inspiration <333
