Update: I was way chubbier and fell under near obesity and after about 2 weeks everyone said I looked less chubby. I believe this works. You gotta keep doing it even if you skip, do it the next day. I walk 3 miles consistently indoors and do two chest workouts other than this. I eat with a portion control and drink mild hot water to burn fat.
I will continue updating until I lose 6-7 inches.

hey everyone! im gonna do this workout every day for a week or maybe more
im already happy with my waistline but i really enjoyed the video and im curious about my results
important!! i work out for an hour or two (depends on my mood and health) each day so im not a beginner! i also try to stay hydrated but i don’t follow any diet, my eating habits stay the same (i eat a lot actually)
im 19, my weight is 55 kg and my waist is 65 cm
so let’s gooo wish me luck!!
