I did this workout for 2 weeks combining it with her hourglass workout and my waist went from 25 inches to 23.7 inches. It Really does work!

Ok, so I wanted to share my experience and results with this workout so here it is. I have a pretty fast metabolism as it is and I think I would be labeled as ‘skinny’, but being in quarantine and not doing as much sport as I used to I can see the weight and layer of fat I’ve put on. I started working out to try and change my body and achieve the perfect ‘hourglass’ that everyone wants. Besides from doing this workout most days I’ve been doing inner thigh, butt workouts and hip dip workouts. The results with this ab workout were almost instant, after two or three days I could already see my waist tightening up and getting flatter. I’ve been doing this workout now for maybe 3 weeks and my tummy is as flat as it has ever been and my waist curves are getting a lot stronger. I feel confident and am really happy with the results. If you wanted to know weather this workout works or not I can tell you that it definitely does. I did modify some exercises to target an even smaller waist and just adjusted it to suit me. Commitment to this program is what will give u result and I wish everyone good luck!!

Day 1: Not bad, i don’t feel anything
Day 2: Towards the end my core was 🔥
Day 3: I did it in the morning, felt great
Day 4: Again, Did it in morning and core burns
Day 5: Im almost finished? I am a bit out of breath but it was good
Day 6: I definitely felt the burn right at the end
Day 7: IM FINISHED AYYYY

All and all I don’t see a massive difference but i do see my waist has poked in and i look like an ⏳

Starting waist inches - 35
I combined the snatched waist 5 min workout and this one
Day one : super tired and the side plank killed me
Day two: my body is soo sore and climbing the stairs was difficult .
Day three : body still very sore but few exercises got easier. Today's measurement is 34.5

Day 5 = it’s done but ı’m done too 😢 “ if you have a neck problem then you don’t want to do this workout “ believe me it hurts

Right now I am at day 5. My waist got approximately 1 cm smaller. It was 68 cm and now it is around 67-66.5! More waist training short challenges Lilly please!!
